With guidance and counseling available for both - group sessions and individual consultations, we are uniquely qualified to assist you in coping with your individual needs.

Hospice Program

We understand the challenges associated with advanced illness, and we are here to assist you and your family with psychological, social and spiritual care. Through our partnership with Hospice of New York and Compassionate Care Hospice, terminally ill patients are able to remain in a familiar environment while remaining as comfortable as possible. Our hospice staff provides specialized pain management and pastoral support for patients coping with terminal illness, as well as compassionate counseling for family members to make the most of each day.
