Visitation Update: Welcome Back Families & Friends of East Haven!
You were Missed!

We are excited to invite you back into the facility. Visitation can be scheduled Monday – Saturday, from 10:30 am – 4 pm. Visits are limited to 45 minutes to allow for sanitizing/cleaning between families. Prior to your visit, each visitor must agree to a BinaxNOW Rapid COVID test and complete a screening questionnaire, per CDC guidance. For the safety of your loved ones, we ask that you not visit if you are experiencing any COVID-19/Respiratory symptoms. Vaccination Update:

East Haven continues to emphasize the importance of COVID-19 Vaccination. We are offering the Pfizer vaccine to every resident, as well as staff member.
